He tenido una muy buena experiencia con la aplicación. Es fácil de usar, intuitiva y realmente nos ha ayudado a mejorar la forma en que presentamos nuestras ofertas y aumentar las ventas en la tienda. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Aysan, quien estuvo siempre muy pendiente, resolviendo dudas con rapidez y brindando un acompañamiento claro en todo el proceso. Su apoyo hizo que todo fuera mucho más sencillo de implementar. Sin duda es una herramienta muy útil y con un excelente servicio al cliente. La recomiendo totalmente.

I'm currently learning about and using this plugin, and I can ask customer service for help with anything I don't understand. I'm especially grateful to Daisy, one of the staff members; she patiently answered all my questions. Overall, the initial experience has been very positive.

I tried three apps for creating bundles, and this one was the best. Plus, customer service was very responsive; Sally helped me complete the setup I wanted very quickly, which was great.

I don't appreciate the fact that your monthly subscription charge is based on TOTAl order value. Not value from add-ons. Other Apps do that and it's more than fair. when you hav an "add-on" or a "Frequently bought together" offer, the second item should be the additional revenue generated and tracked. Not the total order value.

I've just recently installed this app because the one I was using had issues maintaining inventory when more than one of the same products was purchased together. This makes it so much easier to build a bundle with multiple choices of a similar product - I have Bible studies so customers can build a bundle with their preferred study. I had a few issues and Ben popped in immediately and took care of it. Excellent service so far, and very easy to set up and integrate in my shop!
