The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The app is user friendly and easy to setup. Plus if you have a problem the message feature for a live agent is available and they answer very quickly!

I spoke with Jazz, and I must say it was a really pleasant experience. She was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the conversation. She explained everything clearly and made sure all my doubts were properly addressed. What I liked the most was her calm and helpful attitude - it genuinely felt like she cared about solving my query rather than just completing a task. Great communication skills and excellent customer handling. Truly appreciate the support.

The App is pretty good, you have many options for customizing your bundles. The support is awesome too, I had troubles setting things up, and Tommy contacted me right away :)!

I had a great support experience with Aysan. They are honestly the most interesting and capable customer support agent I’ve ever encountered. Their sense of humor made the interaction genuinely enjoyable and even brought some joy to what would normally be a rather tedious part of my workday. Was a bit of headache to setup on my own as we had a complex bundle offer but Jazz went above and beyond to help me get it all set up. Refreshing experience to have customer support that knows how to code and actually fix the issues on the spot for you. Thank you again Jazz :)
