I had a problem with our unique use of bundles. Ben jumped on the chat and helped me immediately! Within a few minutes, the app was doing things I didn't think was possible. Bravo!

I had an excellent experience with FBP and can’t recommend them highly enough! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Don't let the 5-star review full you. The developers of this app are so confused about the functionality every time I ask a question they break something else. I DO NOT recommend this app. They cannot communicate clearly and it seems like there is no log of what has been done, so each rep overrides the other person's work.

Team is always very reactive in helping solving the issues. You do not need to talk with a chatbot long time, you have someone in the chat in a very short time. I had Jazz today on the other side, very reactive as always. My requests are all solved within 30 minutes, very efficient.

JAZZ OFFERED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ALWAYS! SHE WAS SPEEDY AND RESPONSIVE AND HELPED ME CREATE THE SPECIFIC BUNDLE TYPE I WAS NEEDING. SHE ALSO RESEARCHED MY SPECIFIC NICHE FOR US TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION ON WHICH BUNDLE TYPES WOULD LIKELY PERFORM THE BEST FOR OUR PRODUCT. IF I COULD GIVE HER TEN STARS I WOULD. App works great. Have had a few quirks here and there but customer support has been very quick to fix it. Aida was very fast to uncover and apply a fix to a small issue we had with a bundle configuration. Great service. Edit: Had some more issues with color customization and Daisy was very quick to do the appropriate custom CSS. She was very polite and responsive. Thank you!

Jazz and the support team was great. They took extra time looking into the issue I had and did some additional testing to make sure the issue was resolved.
