The app is really helpful in creating an enhanced shopping experience. We use it to create gift suggestions allowing customers to pick and choose. The implementation is straight forward. What I was really surprised is the customer support - that goes as deep as making changes in my setup on the fly. No wait 24h - I got Kate responding within 2 minutes. So yeah a big thank you.

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH , doesn't matter if it's 10am or 3 am in the night they always answer and respectfull. One of the woman who works there stayed up with me from 2 am to 5 am to just fix my bundle and test it and put it in the color that i wanted. I really recommend this app for all my dropshippers :)

J'utilise ce plugin pour contrer la limitation à 100 variation de Shopify. Une intervention de la part du staff est nécessaire pour corriger le problème du bouton "ajouter au panier" mais cela fonctionne pour mon utilisation !

Wow, I was really having a hard time finding a good app that allowed me to do discounts for bundles and give options to choose variants (different colors). This app does that, even in the free plan. What blew me away though is the customer service. I sent a message about some customization issues and they immediately fixed them. Jasmine the customer support person quickly jumped on all of my questions and helped me out in no time at all. This is the level of support I wish all companys provided. Great job to this app team!

Fast Bundle has been really great to use. They do have a few bugs as all growing companies do but their customer service responds rapidly. I've had fixes implemented in as little as 30 minutes. Definetely would recommend.

Devo dire che inizialmente ho avuto difficoltà nell'ottenere quello che cercavo, cioè di creare dei gruppi che avessero dei prodotti fissi e altri che potessero essere scelti esclusivamente tra un elenco ben definito di articoli appartenenti anche a collezioni differenti. Attraverso il loro supporto sono riuscito a trovare una modalità che mi permette di ottenere quello che cercavo. Devo ancora approfondire le altre funzionalità che reputo molto interessanti. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso per la loro assistenza molto veloce che risponde anche nei giorni festivi, ma soprattutto paziente con chi, come me, ha difficoltà ad interagire in inglese. Avendo un tema personalizzato alcune istruzioni presenti nel loro manuale non funzionano come vengono descritte, mi stanno aiutando a risolvere anche questo aspetto di personalizzazione. Ad oggi posso considerarmi più che soddisfatto della loro app e del servizio reso.

I found this app great! I can finally suggest to the clients the products that match with the one they want to buy ("frequently bought together" suggestion). and create bundle in an easy way. the bundles appear on product page and on a special dedicated page that I can use to sell more. very happy also with the support, fast, precise and very kind!!!
