We’ve been using Fast Bundle Product (FBP) for our Shopify store, and it has been a game changer. The app itself is very intuitive, easy to set up, and integrates seamlessly with our theme. Creating bundles and encouraging customers to buy more has never been this smooth. What really stood out to us, though, is their customer support. The team replies incredibly fast, and they are always patient and friendly. A special thanks to Russell, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step, making sure our custom requests were met. His professionalism and kindness gave us a lot of confidence in using the app long-term. Overall, the combination of great functionality + outstanding support makes this one of the best Shopify apps we’ve installed. Highly recommended!

Support was fast but useless, app didnt intergrate with our theme they asked us to change our re design our site so it would fit then found a work around adding liquid codes to each checkout option which only worked half the time, would not recomend.

Best app to use and if you need help ask for Aysan. She will help you with anything you want to get done. But over all best app been using it for years now.

Had a great experience and awesome help from Sally. She went above and beyond her duties, answering all my questions. She even sent a collaborator link to our store to help out. She's amazing and her customer experience is 5 out of 5.

Best bundles app out there! Tried so many bundle apps and they could not do the combinations I want and need and also had an issue with discount code stacking which is not an issue here at all, been using it for almost 2 years! Also, customer service is pretty responsive and good especially Ben!
