Great and kind support from Aida. I really enjoyed resolving the problem with her. She is very efficient, patient, always willing to resolve the problem in the best possible way.

I had an issue with OOS (Out of Stock) on certain bundles. Daisy took the time to understand the issue and help us fix it. Then, she also helped us with Discount combinations and a solution was found again. Nice extension, even better support.

FastBundle is hands down one of the best apps for creating product bundles on Shopify. It’s powerful, easy to use, and has significantly improved our upsell strategy. Everything runs smoothly and the flexibility it offers is impressive. What truly makes the difference is the outstanding customer service. Ian and Aida have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive every time we needed support. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated.
