One of the best apps on Shopify so far! What I love most is their support team. Rather than sending complicated instruction links or step-by-step guides, they simply fix the issue for you, which saves so much time and energy. A big shoutout to Aysan from customer support. She has been incredibly sweet, kind, and polite, and honestly feels more like a friend than just a support agent. Her gentle and thoughtful approach made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. Truly one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had! I can honestly say I’m enjoying this app even more than Shopify itself.

Great bundle app! Fast Bundle does everything we need to and more - it allows for granular control of our bundles, and they're constantly listening to feedback and adding more features. The support team has been exceptional in helping us figure out how best to present our bundles, and their customer service goes above and beyond. Quick replies, and always friendly and helpful. Really loving this plugin for my Shopify store, i haven't even had it for 24 hour yet and we have already seen some bundle and save purchases, we are hoping this will increase our AOV. Mike was really helpful with helping me fix a bundle i had set up wrong, he replied to my inquiry very quick like less then 5 mins and within the next 20 mins my small issue was resolved. definitely looking forward to working with FBP going forward

J'utilise l'application depuis un moment mais c'était juste pour quelque packs de temps en temps. Je suis désormais passer à la version entreprise lors de grands lancements et Ben m'a tout de suite aidé lorsque j'avais un souci. L'application fonctionne très bien même si je trouve dommage que la détection automatique dans la panier ne soit accessible qu'avec la version entreprise à 300$/mois. Elle pourrait déjà l'être dans la version à 50 ou 150$.

I tried a few of the Bundle apps before settling on this one. I was considering Bundler but this has a much cleaner and nicer looking UI, it's also very easy to set up. Very impressed with customer service too. I had help from Sally who was very helpful and put me on the free plan to get me started.

I tried other Bundle apps and FBP was the best for us in terms of UX design and flexibility around bundle options (no limited of variants per bundle was a big plus). Also great customer service, super fast.

Their customer support is honestly insane. I use a tone of software and various different platforms - nothing comes close to the level of support you get with Fast Bundle. Speedy replies, insane level of detail and issues resolved immediately!
