We had issues with our FBP with bundles adding to our cart. Our support contact - Lara was exceptional! She fixed the issue for us in under 5 mins!

Lara and Tommy were incredibly helpful in getting us set up with the Fast Bundle App. Their support has been exceptional — efficient, responsive, and always focused on finding solutions. The service has truly been A+, and we really appreciated how quickly and smoothly she helped us get everything in place.

Lara was very helpful on setting up the app and made sure it was all working how we needed it to. Overall the app is easy to setup and has a simple interface which make it easy to get bundles going. It has a lot of different bundling options to choose from.

Before I say anything else, I need everyone reading this review to understand something very important: Sally from FPB Fast Bundles is a REAL person. No seriously. I know what you’re thinking. “Sure buddy, another support agent named Sally who magically solves problems in five minutes.” That’s exactly what I thought too. I entered the support chat fully prepared to spend the next 3 hours arguing with an AI bot named something like “Support Assistant 4.2” while it repeatedly asked me to clear my cache and send screenshots I already uploaded six times. But then Sally joined the chat. Immediately, I noticed something strange. The responses actually made sense. They were specific. Human. Almost too human. I actually got suspicious. I tested her. I made typos on purpose. I explained things terribly. I even changed the subject halfway through a message just to see if she’d break character like a chatbot trying to calculate emotions in real time. She handled all of it flawlessly. At this point, I know some of you still don’t believe me. You probably think I’m part of some elaborate FPB Fast Bundles propaganda campaign. But I swear on my Shopify dashboard analytics, Sally is real. A genuine living human being. Probably drinks water and has hobbies and everything. Meanwhile my store was actively falling apart. Bundles were broken. Products were disappearing. I was mentally preparing to abandon ecommerce forever and become a fisherman somewhere off the coast of Alaska. But Sally stayed calm the entire time and fixed issue after issue like she was defusing a bomb in an action movie. And the craziest part? She never once sounded like a bot pretending to care. She sounded like someone who actually understood the problem and wanted to help solve it. Which in today’s world of customer support honestly felt supernatural. By the end of the chat, my store was fixed, my stress level dropped by 90%, and I was left staring at my screen wondering if I had just experienced the last real customer service interaction remaining on the internet. 5 stars isn’t enough for Sally. If I could leave 500 stars and a standing ovation, I would.

We recently ran into an issue where one of our bundles was not displaying as “Sold Out” even though one of the included products was out of stock. We discovered that our theme button was pulling inventory from the bundle’s dummy product instead of our actual Shopify inventory. Sally jumped in right away, identified the issue quickly, and resolved it fast. Anytime we run into a problem, the Fast Bundle team is always responsive and efficient in getting things fixed.
