My experience with Sophie was absolutely remarkable. I downloaded the app to test the functionality to see if it would be viable for a highly intricate and customized website. She was extremely patient with me, answered all of my questions with kindness and furthermore took additional steps behind the scenes to set up dynamic pricing and functionality for me to test live without this being customer facing. FastBundles app you have an gem as part of your team. A true example of excellence and pride in providing SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hannah's customer service was fantastic today. She worked through a bunch of problems with me & we got them all solved! I couldn't recommend Hannah highly enough. She was an absolute lifesaver!

Looked at many bundle apps as a developer and then found this one. Tech support is amazing and I only reached out as I wanted a custom modification for a client. Not an issue at all. Well done, Fast Bundle. Edit: Came back to add to my review of this app. Tech support is top notch here and even with dealing with a complicated store with many moving parts. Jasmine was amazing and I have now recommended my 2nd client to this app. It's harder to keep a client happy than it is to get a new one and the same thing applies to my editing my initial review. Time has now passed and my review has not changed. Jasmine - You rock!
