Amazing customer service! They helped us set up the app start to finish in under an hour over video call and are available for any questions or concerns. They helped us ship orders to USA and Canada customers, sync the inventory in both countries from Amazon to Shopify, and provided SKU translations allowing us to ship bundles, which was not an option with previous services. Thank you Cara!
What an excellent customer service! We are using ByteStand MCF Shipping to ship Amazon stored inventory to Shopify customers, without the customers knowing Amazon is involved. ByteStand is connected to Amazon USA allowing calculated shipping rates to populate on Shopify Checkout, blocking amazon logistics, and Amazon packaging from being used, and also syncing inventory from Amazon into Shopify. Plus, Cara with their support team is real and US based!
