Amazon MCF by ByteStand

Our Canada store has had ByteStand installed since 2020 and the app automatically sends our Shopify CAN orders to Amazon for Multi-channel fulfillment. Amazon picks, packs, and ships our orders so it's one less thing we have to worry about. ByteStand also helps us show real time shipping costs (even free shipping) and shipping timeframes to our customers. ByteStand's US based team is human and very responsive - they help us syncing new products to shipping and are so so helpful when we have any questions.

Never had any issue using this app so far and things are syncing well. They have very awesome and amazing customer support. Have a really great experience with Cara as we do a screen share and solve the problem within 10 mins.

For an improvement, I would add a plugin so the shipping address automatically validates with Amazon's restrictions. An Issue I have is some clients go over the 60 character limit and I have to manually shorten the shipping address so it passes through

We've connected our German Amazon account to Shopify through ByteStand. Sending our EU orders automatically to Amazon for MCF fulfillment. We also use Rules by ByteStand to block specific orders from being sent to Amazon and instead letting our 3PL ship larger orders, to save money. The app sync our inventory from Amazon to Shopify automatically and the Virtual Bundle feature is helping us translate our product SKUs to ensure Amazon ships the correct products. As our product SKUS in Shopify are different than their Amazon SKUs. Plus, it's nice that the support team is US based, human, and responsive!

They helped us ship orders to USA and Canada customers, sync the inventory in both countries from Amazon to Shopify, and provided SKU translations allowing us to ship bundles, which was not an option with previous services. What an excellent customer service! We are using ByteStand MCF Shipping to ship Amazon stored inventory to Shopify customers, without the customers knowing Amazon is involved. ByteStand is connected to Amazon USA allowing calculated shipping rates to populate on Shopify Checkout, blocking amazon logistics, and Amazon packaging from being used, and also syncing inventory from Amazon into Shopify. Plus, Cara with their support team is real and US based!

We've connected Amazon Europe & Canada to our Shopify store with ByteStand in order to send specific orders to Amazon for MCF fulfillment. The order delay feature allows us to edit or cancel orders before they are sent automatically and the Virtual Bundle feature translates Shopify SKUs into their Amazon SKUs. This allows for the product SKUS to stay the same in Shopify but ensures Amazon ships the correct FBA product. We also use the Rules feature which helps us send only specific orders to Amazon for fulfillment.

Great customer support and excellent help setting up the app. Any issues have been quickly resolved & customer support quick to respond/fix. Been using Amazon MCF for our German orders and it's helped to free up some time & improve shipping service for our German customers.

ByteStand works really well for our setup. It automatically sends our Germany and UK orders to Amazon for MCF fulfillment, including subscription and upsell orders, which saves a lot of manual work. The Virtual Bundle feature also makes it easy to map product bundles. Inventory syncing is smooth too - FBA quantities are updated in Shopify automatically. Simple, reliable, and does what it’s supposed to.

High level : They are great. Highly recommend. The deets: ByteStand is helping me automatically send US Shopify orders to Amazon for MCF including imported TikTok orders. The free features like order delay and shipping rules are helping ensure specific orders aren't forwarded to Amazon and I have time to edit orders before they are sent to Amazon.
