It makes navigation harder than it should be. Important settings like "Flex" and rate mapping are buried in confusing menus, and there is no real dashboard overview or SKU table to give you confidence that everything is working properly. Then there's the pricing. The app looks like it starts at $25 per month, but it only includes basic fulfillment with fixed manual rates. If you want core features like inventory syncing, which should be standard, you must upgrade to at least $40 per month. It adds up quickly. The pricing structure is not transparent; other users have pointed out the same issue in their reviews. Ultimately, I removed the app. If you're a large store with technical resources, it's worth the setup time and extra costs. But this probably isn't it for small businesses looking for a smooth, affordable solution.
