Had an issue related to subscription app which was not working with Amazon FBA, i raised the issue with help support via chat with "CARA" who was most helpful indeed. she sorted the problem in no time and went further to assist me in providing detailed instructions to get the customer order sorted. Bug shout out to CARA at Bytestand for sorting this and being incredibly helpful! If only everyone at all the help desk supports were as efficient as her then we would be well ahead of the game!!!
