I had written a bad review of this app but following their excellent customer support, I am happy to correct that as the developer has solved our issue. PH Ship app itself has become a key part of our order fulfilment model and the team at STABLE of Ireland are very happy with it.
Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how important it is to access historical shipment records for tracking and audits. Currently, shipment data is available in the app for 60 days, which is why older records aren’t visible there. That said, we’ve retrieved your shipment history and have already shared the detailed report with you. We’re also working on enabling merchants to export shipment reports for up to one year directly within the app. We appreciate your patience and continued support as we enhance the experience further.
