Shashi helped tremendously with helping explain the workflow of the app for our first shipment using the app. It was very easy and explained by him perfectly. This app makes shipping much easier for our store that requires special shipping. 3/31/2023 Manohar was a great help in fixing the issues we had with product sizing and box sizing set up.
