Setting up was pretty easy by a representative that helped me. I will write another review after the first shipment has been sent out and delivered.

Integrated FedEx into Shopify well. So far so good. Support did a Zoom call to show me steps and make sure I knew how to process my orders correctly.

We were able use FedEx one rate boxes with our account at the order checkout for fulfilling orders with this app

Sibi was wonderful, quick and easy to deal with! The app PH Ship, Rate, Label is great and has provided us an easy way to ship and print labels. Definitely would recommend for many reason!

I initially had some issues trying to get my products integrated and figuring out how to ship manually, but after a Zoom call with Sibi, my troubles are behind me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and even walked me through a couple of different scenarios. Thanks for the help!

The plugin itself does everything we need it to do, especially since we use One Rate, and it was recommended to us by our FedEx sales rep based on their clients' feedback. Regarding support & customer service, Shashi responded almost immediately after I submitted a ticket, and was able to help fix my problem right away.

Very good support. The agent communicated very well and pointed out exactly what I needed to know. He went a step further and not only explained how it works but also why it works that way.

The app works well, its not intuitive you have to browse a lot. The good thing is that if you have any problem Shashi is fantastic solving it, really helpfull!!

Best app I found for FedEx shipping. Once you are familiar with the workflow and have configured it correctly - works as expected. They have great support too. They even call you back when you have requested it and solving your problem. They provide great remote support. Definitely can recommend them & their app!!

Looks like a pretty straightforward way to apply FedEx OneRate to our online orders, creating easier choices and cheaper shipping for our customers. I worked with Shashi K. to set this up on a Zoom call, and he was great - knowledgeable and patient, talking me through my questions and testing all rates before finalizing. We were online together within 15 minutes of my phone call -- very reassuring to know that the Support team is so responsive.

Shashi Kumar helped me to ensure the app was set up correctly and ran through all of the features for me. The app appears to work well although we've only performed test orders to date. Shashi reassured me that if I need anything going forwards that we can get in contact anytime. Their support and service is spot on.

I had some issues setting up the app but I reached out to their support and got very quick help from Sibi F. They were able to set up a zoom call with screen share and he walked me through the entire integration. Very helpful!
