Customer Service was fast and very helpful! The team makes using Fed-Ex which is not native to Shopify easy.

Can't believe how easy it was to just input a bit of info and start using Fedex labels. I tried the manual route of going through fedex. Trust me, you don't want to try that route. You'll save an enourmous amount of time and money using this app (you don't need the advanced shopify plan to use this app, you do to connect fedex through the traditional route.) Fast and professional customer service. I hope to be a long term customer.

I looked long and hard for an app or service that could compute accurate shipping rates and found this one. So far so good - no more padding out rates by 30% to account for home delivery + declared value + ASR! Support is very responsive.
