The only app we've found truly works for linking One Rate with Shopify. Honestly a huge downfall of Shopify's that you can't link FedEx One Rates directly, but Pluginhive fixes that. Customer support is fantastic as well. Our one rates were populating based on customers ordering more than 1 unit and it scaling up the box size. But they helped us immediately

I am using this app to set up shipping for our Shopify website. As soon as I did the installation, I got a call from them. Sibi Firoz helped us with some weight issues, and he was great. I definitely recommended it!

We recently had issue with switching fedex accounts and the support team at PluginHive killed it! They helped us resolve the issue same day. We really like the label generation and ease of use once it's set-up. I highly recommend using this app for your custom shipping needs.

Jon's support has been amazing. We are using the app to support SLA based shipping methods for FedEx from multiple warehouses and support generating return labels out of Shopify Admin. Works exactly for what we need it for and there is a ton more functionality we need to dive into in the future.

Great option for using FedEx shipping on a Basic Shopify plan. Tons of options and customization. No issues so far. A little complex, but their support is incredible (responds in less than an hour for the few questions we've had). Offering our Account rates to our customers automatically is great! No more needing to change shipping rates manually.

This app is great! Makes FedEx label creating on Shopify so much easier. Exceptional customer service from Prathyusha and her team. Every question I had, was answered within 20 mins. Highly recommend!!

I wrote a review a while back and wanted to update that we still LOVE this app. We could not ship FedEx on Shopify without it! Their customer support is the best. Shashi Kumar even setup a Zoom call and worked with us to iron out an issue that was on FedEx's side. Shashi went above and beyond to help us and to make sure all was good. Their team responded very quickly to our request for help and walked us through the necessary steps to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend! ****** This app is fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for and I was so glad to learn about it. We had tried for a really long time to integrate Fed Ex with Shopify and it was impossible. But, now with this app, we can, finally, offer Fed Ex shipping and our one rate! Love it! Jon was incredibly helpful in helping us with onboarding and answering all our questions. So glad to be able to offer Fed Ex shipping as an option now and this app makes it possible!

John helped me today to figure out why fedex rates weren't pulling properly with one rate, he did a great job! Their support is always quick to respond, and it makes NOT having to deal with FedEx to print labels a breeze.
