Very good app and great support. Easy setup once the WS credentials are created. A real game changer for us. Auto-label creation works perfectly. One issue we have is that the app does not recognize Asian characters which Korean clients tend to input when filling in their address in the check-out process. I guess that is not really the app's fault. The tracking section could be improved: more columns, readability, filters... Finally the ETD commercial invoice generated should reflect the actual order sent reflecting items removed of the order before shipping. Also, the tax numbers information collected in the check out process should be reported. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for the positive review. Thought I would let you know that FedEx does not allow Korean characters in a label. That is the reason the app does not.

Use is for our store and I think it works very well. Quick "auto generate label" function and never any hickups. Quick support as well. Very very good.

So far this app is amazing. Keerthi was amazing at helping me get it set up. I tried doing it by myself first, and that did not go well. She stepped in and had it done within a day. This app should streamline my shipping process saving me several hours each day.

We ship a dozen boxes via FedEx every day using our own account with discounts for flat rate Pak and Medium Box. We were copy and pasting addresses like crazy. This AP is amazing... it works GREAT! I highly recommend it and their service. I got stuck a few times and they helped me out within the hour.

This app integrates well with FedEx and the customer service is quick and competent. I was able to use the Saturday service feature to provide a better service.

I inquired about a setting to not allow our shippers to use Fed Ex when the address was a P.O. Box. They told me that they didn't have such a setting but would look into creating one. They did it within a week! Now that is good customer service!!

We have just moved over to FedEx from DHL and this app is so brilliant. It connects my store directly to my online FedEx profile which was not the case with the DHL app. We had some struggles getting the app installed and the PluginHive was amazing and within the same day we had everything up and running smoothly. I am really happy with how everything is working and the amazing support. I will certainly recommend this team!

Incredible customer service with this app - we struck some minor issues on install which were responded to with incredible speed and resolved within 24 hrs. We have been looking for a way to ship FedEx without having to leave Shopify for some time, and are so thankful to have found PlugInHive

We were excited to negotiate really great rates with FedEx with their One Rate program, but were disappointed when the Shopify Built-in FedEx integration showed shipping rates to our customers that were not competitive. Using this app allowed us to fine-tune the settings to allow us to show FedEx 2-Day One Rate prices so our customers would more likely consider that as their preferred method for delivery.

This was one of the only apps I could find for Fedex compatibility that was both affordable and had good customer support. Couldn't have launched my site without it. It made printing fedex shipping labels a breeze. Thanks Plugin Hive!
