What took months with a previous developer on the Craft Commerce platform only took myself, who has no experience in building sites, less than a day to integrate with our FedEx account rates and get all our products accurately pulling shipping costs. Definitely recommend.

FedEx Rates, Labels & Tracking has helped us get much more accurate shipping rates for our customers. And the support team is extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to solve a technical issue with Fedex rate calculation that was generating wonky rates. We couldn't recommend the app more!

If you want to set this app right, you will need support from them. Contact them support so they can help you or walk you through how to set it up. They were very patient with us to help us set this up and answered any questions we have until we fix any issues. After set up, creating the shipping label is super easy and Im glad I found this app. Super app I recommend.

Using this app for generating labels, displaying rates and requesting pick-ups from Fedex. Everything is working great and it's so easy to use! The support team is amazing and handled getting everything working right with Fedex themselves. I Highly recommend using this app to integrate Fedex with your Shopify store.

It is a great app for the user who has Fedex account with negotiated rate. If you don't have Fedex account, this app is not for you. Customer service is very responsive. Love it! The other good point is this app integrates Shopify better. I can stay on the shopify website all the time to generate shipping labels instead of launching another shipping website. Good job! Keep it up.

This app is super intuitive to use and their customer service is great. I asked for some things to be adjusted on my labels as per Fedex guidelines and the turn around time for fixing it was really quick. It is also a cheaper alternative to upgrading your Shopify subscription (if not based in the US and cannot use Shopify Shipping). Highly recommend.

It took us a while to get compliant with Fedex in order for us to start making labels but after that the team at PluginHive made all of our dreams come true! They did not initially have features that we wanted so they went ahead and developed them into the app for us and now it works so great! I am able to print multiple labels at a time easily & all my orders are automatically fulfilled which really reduces the amount of steps we need to take. This has been amazing. Thank you!!!

FINALLY an app that allows me to simply print FedEx One Rate labels within Shopify. I don't know why the world's biggest shipping carrier doesn't have One Rate enabled in their direct Shopify integration, but thankfully PluginHive has filled this void! Not only is the app very straightforward and easy to use, but the support team is absolutely stellar. They are truly extremely responsible and helpful.

Our online hardwood flooring retail business uses this app to ship small packages and large freight shipments too. Honestly, Fedex has been a massive nuisance for our business over the 6+ months it has taken us to get everything working with them. It's a difficult company to navigate and not a great customer experience...HOWEVER! The guys making this app possible have saved the day! Had it not been for their amazing customer service and willingness to accommodate almost ALL of our shipping needs, we probably would have abandoned Fedex months ago. Zeeshan, and the entire support team for this app, is quick to respond, always happy to help, and goes the extra mile all the time. If you need to use Fedex for your shopify store, this app is the best one for you! It's so cool to have an app that can change to accommodate your needs on the fly...these guys are so quick to add new features that you rarely have to wait more than a few weeks before you've got what you need. A++++
