It took us a while to get compliant with Fedex in order for us to start making labels but after that the team at PluginHive made all of our dreams come true! They did not initially have features that we wanted so they went ahead and developed them into the app for us and now it works so great! I am able to print multiple labels at a time easily & all my orders are automatically fulfilled which really reduces the amount of steps we need to take. This has been amazing. Thank you!!!

This app will save a lot of time manually generating fedex labels. The setup took longer than I expected and we've encountered a few small hiccups with some of the smaller features within the app. However, the core functionality works well and the support team is very responsive.

We have used this app for as an alternative to ShipIT and it has been good so far. We have had a few questions during the setup phase and the team have been very responsive, including developing features that we need that were not yet available.

Our online hardwood flooring retail business uses this app to ship small packages and large freight shipments too. Honestly, Fedex has been a massive nuisance for our business over the 6+ months it has taken us to get everything working with them. It's a difficult company to navigate and not a great customer experience...HOWEVER! The guys making this app possible have saved the day! Had it not been for their amazing customer service and willingness to accommodate almost ALL of our shipping needs, we probably would have abandoned Fedex months ago. Zeeshan, and the entire support team for this app, is quick to respond, always happy to help, and goes the extra mile all the time. If you need to use Fedex for your shopify store, this app is the best one for you! It's so cool to have an app that can change to accommodate your needs on the fly...these guys are so quick to add new features that you rarely have to wait more than a few weeks before you've got what you need. I needed this app because we ship with dry ice and this app covers that! Everything wasn't working seamlessly right away, but support was very helpful and prompt at answering my questions and working through any issues.

This application meets our complete requirements. The support we have received for our store was incredible. They responded quickly and the issues we were facing. Since Shopify does not have built-in FedEx integrated, we tried this application and works flawlessly.

We had some trouble getting this app set up with our FedEx account info but the guys behind this app gave us extended help in making it work. They worked with us over the course of 2 weeks inputting our information and trouble shooting it with us to make sure our needs were met. Excellent app and superior customer service. Highly recommend this app not only for shipping label creation, but also for the amazing customer service we have received.

We had some simple questions and some more complicated customization needs. They have been responsive with clear explanations. Helped me understand the pieces and keep the project going forward.

The app works really well on all accounts and the customer service staff is very helpful and attentive. My only issue is that FedEx is not fully integrated with Shopify as UPS and USPS are so it is not as convenient but the app works really well. If you need FedEx for Shopify, this is the app to use.
