Great set up support! I came back to edit my review after using the plugin for several months. I want to emphasize how helpful it has been if you are shipping with Fedex through Shopify and using various box sizes. If you have any questions, the support team is instantly available and will find you a solution. They have thought of everything you need to make complex shipping needs simple. Can't say enough good things.
