We use FeedHub for our store, and Ricky provided exceptional support while helping us work through a fairly complicated setup. From the outset, he was professional, clear, and extremely patient, taking the time to make sure everything was configured correctly. Ricky went above and beyond to guide us through the setup, explain our options clearly, and ensure the feed was working exactly as it should. His support made what could have been a frustrating process feel straightforward and well-managed. It’s rare to receive this level of hands-on assistance. Huge credit to Ricky for his dedication and professionalism — an excellent experience all round.

Excellent Support Experience Ricky provided outstanding support and was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was quick to identify the issues, explained everything clearly, and guided me through the steps needed to get things resolved efficiently. He was patient, responsive, and very professional throughout the conversation, making sure all my questions were answered before wrapping up. It’s clear he knows the platform well and genuinely cares about providing good customer support. A great experience overall. Credit to Ricky and the FeedHub support team.

So far, it’s been a great experience. We had a minor issue with the product feed not syncing to Meta, but support handled it quickly and efficiently. The customer service was excellent, Ricky was especially helpful, kept us informed throughout the process, and clearly explained the issue and the resolution. Solid support and a smooth experience overall.

So far it seems great. Had a slight issue with product feed not syncing to FeedHub but contacted support and it was dealt with incredibly quickly and fixed at their end. Customer service was great too, kept updated as to what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. They then updated me again when it was fixed.

Straightforward & user-friendly app that uses Shopiy's native UI. Can use metafields to append product tittle + easy to set up AND / OR rules. Support is good. It could improve a bit by not sounding like they follow a script. Once they actually passed my enquiry to the dev team, the issue was solved straight away.

This app is my favorite tool for managing and syncing Google feeds. It offers a wide range of filters and even supports localization for languages other than your store's default. The support team is outstanding, whenever there's an issue, they go above and beyond to find a solution quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

I don’t often leave 5 star app reviews, but this one definitely deserves it. I’ve tried most of the other Google Shopping feed apps on Shopify, but FeedHub is by far the easiest to implement. The tools are comprehensive and have helped ensure that my products are no longer receiving any “needs attention” errors from Google. I also received excellent support from Julie during setup—she was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful.

Every issue we encountered was addressed quickly and effectively, with clear and step-by-step guidance that made everything easy to understand. Ricky showed great patience with all our questions and made sure we felt confident at every stage. Ricky and Julie are top notch. This company is smart. They invest in customer service and success. Because of that, I think we will look for them for a) their other apps and b) custom development.
