I have worked with many providers, and I must say that the customer service provided by the team at Social Shop is one of the best out there. My Customer Service Representative "Ocean" Was OUTSTANDING!!!! Because of her, I can not imagine using another application to manage my needs. Give OCEAN A RAISE!!!!

Great customer service! Just uploaded Facebook catalog (you can't upload more than one on the free plan) which Julie was very helpful with. My products keep getting declined for some reason so let's see what happens.

This is the solution I've been looking for. After years of tearing my hair out with Facebook 'support', my questions have now been answered. This app solves all the problems the Shopify Facebook app creates and can't solve for. I was able to understand the app very quickly, due to a few years of dealing with FB ads and feeds, but if you're just starting out, there is a lot of written material to explain everything, you just need the time to read it. Failing that, the customer support was first class and I had a long email of questions that they were very willing to resolve in under half a day and also got on a video call to walk me through all my questions. If you're tired of dealing with Facebook support, do yourself a favour and just get this app. It is a relief knowing I now have good support and their team is clearly dedicated in finding solutions for their customers. Well done!
