The support alone is worth the monthly fee. We thought we needed a higher tier package - they even suggested we downgrade after discussing all our needs with us. Did configuration for us... Above and beyond technical support / setup assistance and really appreciated saving us some costs too! Wish I'd used it earlier rather than the awful standard Meta Integration.

I have worked with many providers, and I must say that the customer service provided by the team at Social Shop is one of the best out there.
