Customer service is top notch. I think they have 24/7 staff to help you if any question or issue comes up. Staff is also very nice and patient to walk you through everything.

I upgraded this wonderful app to get even more benefit from it and needed help with establishing the functionality of the features I upgraded for. Felix helped me with great visuals that pointed exactly to what I needed to do and how it would look after completed. He was extremely polite, professional and efficient. This has been a great app and so much better than using just the facebook channel on shopify. It syncs just as it's suppose to and works seamlessly.

This app is fantastic - but the customer service is even better! Perfect, simple way to get feeds syncing properly. Other methods dont work nearly as well and are full of bugs - this app works great! Very friendly helpful team too who respond quickly on Live Chat. Recommend!

Fantastic app to setup all of your shopping feeds via Facebook & Google. Allows endless custom field mapping to maximise your SEO return and the team with Wendy are fantastic and very fast at responding when there are any questions or issues. Really recommend them, compared to a lot of apps I have used for the function of feeds, this has been the best one and believe me, I have tried a lot that do not come anywhere near the standards of Socialshop.

Best support ever, we fixed a big problem for our ecommerce website with them. We are investing a lot of money so the feed must be 100% ACCURATE ALL THE TIME. Shopify's official plugins failed while Socialhead is AHEAD of everybody!;) Totally recommend it!

Socialhead solves our problem with some vendor fields in Google feed very well. In the past, GMC had various problems, and it was found that there was no vendor field. After using this, the vendor field of the corresponding product was added, and the approval rate of GMC products was greatly improved. Good product worth recommending.
