FERO delivers a level of insight and analysis that far surpasses what we've been able to achieve with our existing reporting tools—both within Shopify and through third-party partners. Craig has played a key role in providing thoughtful feedback and proactively helping our team uncover deeper opportunities than we imagined. Rodrigo has also been fantastic, offering a comprehensive report on the customer blockers we're facing at checkout.
