scam app billed me even after i uninstalled. How do i get my money back
Hi Phera Lab Store admin, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. I’d like to take a moment to clarify your concern. Upon review, I can see that your account was in the billing cycle of April 23, 2026 – May 23, 2026, during which charge was applied. Although the app was removed on April 26 during this billing period, the charge remains valid as it was generated at the start of the billing cycle. In line with Shopify’s policy, charges for recurring app fees begin once the app is approved and continue at the start of each billing cycle. This means that even if an app is uninstalled shortly after installation, a charge may still appear due to the billing timing. Uninstalling the app prevents future charges, but it does not cancel any charges that have already been applied to the current billing cycle.
