scam app billed me even after i uninstalled. How do i get my money back
Hi Phera Lab Store admin, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. I’d like to take a moment to clarify your concern. Upon review, I can see that your account was in the billing cycle of April 23, 2026 – May 23, 2026, during which charge was applied. Although the app was removed on April 26 during this billing period, the charge remains valid as it was generated at the start of the billing cycle. In line with Shopify’s policy, charges for recurring app fees begin once the app is approved and continue at the start of each billing cycle. This means that even if an app is uninstalled shortly after installation, a charge may still appear due to the billing timing. Uninstalling the app prevents future charges, but it does not cancel any charges that have already been applied to the current billing cycle. Have to install a browser extension to use the app. Can't bundle with other collections. We sell bikes and want to offer locks etc but we can't with this app.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. Even after removed it was giving customer discounts and i had to reinstall app to turn them off. Features no not work and supoort dont help! If you install you it will still discount meaning customers have been able to access discounts that shouldnt be active!

Also, EVERY product needs to be added MANUALLY to a bundle... A bundle with Shirt + Pants should automatically also be Pants + Shirt. But no, I have to configure a seperate bundle. Why? Nobody knows... This is insane. This means double the work and an overload of product bundles. I don't get it. Also pricing is very misleading. Apparently you have to pay 99$ a month if you want unlimited orders, but they don't say how many are included in the other plans.

they dont even give you customisation option and there is something called loyalty program which they never approve, which can unlock some feature. Support is the worst part.
