Great tool, greater support team. Very good would highly recommend as a tool to improve store performance and to create ab tests. It gives you key insights and analysis on the pain points of your site and can also add questionnaire features that give invaluable information on how people find using your site. The tool is robust and easy to use, the support team is very helpful.
