Little Oak Design Co. review for Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Filemonk is the best app I've found from Shopify to automatically deliver digital downloads to my customers. The pricing for each tier is reasonable with plenty of room for my needs on the free option. After testing a couple of other apps from Shopify, I felt that the "download" emails they would send to my customers weren't customizable enough or looked spammy. I like that I can change the button colors and add my logo to each page to customize my customers' experience. In addition to great performance from the app, Kartik (the developer) is AMAZING at customer service. After I reached out to him with a problem, he didn't just fix it for me - he created a whole new feature of the app in less than a day to make that change accessible for me should I want to keep editing it in the future! I've been very pleased with Filemonk so far and would definitely recommend you use it as your digital download delivery system.
