MoCap Central review for Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

I had an issue adding variant sales options this morning so I used the handy live chat button. After a couple of minutes wait I was connected with Shashi who worked on his end to fix my issue. I was able to continue to use Shopify by navigating different pages without losing the in-progress chat session on the Filemonk app. It's the best live chat experience I've had, other companies live chat kicks you over to an AI response which then doesn't go anywhere. Very happy I chose Filemonk for my Shopify digital download solution.
