I'm so impressed with the customer support for this app! I had some difficulty with linking bulk files to products and their different variants and the developer of the app jumped on a live chat (very late in evening his time) to help me step by step with the process to make the linking to different variants and files so much easier and quicker. In moving forward this has saved me so much time and makes the whole set up more streamlined. I'd highly recommend this digital download app for the ease of use and most of all for the quality of support!
