This app is genius. Shopify refuses to employ this functionality, but Filey knocks it out of the park. I easily exported all files (photos, videos, product assets, etc.) to a zipped folder in one click. Thank you, Filey!!

Very useful app for thousands of images and works well. Highly recommend using this for backup or just downloads. Nice how it divides the downloads.

Did exactly what I needed in providing a function I thought was part of Shopify. It was a simple install of the app and we were able to get all the images from our site.

Amazing app, just what I was looking for. Easy way to download all images from my site. It created a zip with my 552 images on it with one click.

Looks simple but it froze and did nothing after backing up 40 files out of a total of 1234 files. Uninstalled.

Extremely easy to use! Plus it is free, so there's that :o)) Simply click to download all image files and product files. That's it!

So helpful. Works just as described. A couple of clicks and your downloading. Note: Everything is downloaded into individual product folders.

Simple and easy, the tool does everything for you. This couldnt have been more simpler. It's great that you can back up for safe keeping, or if you want to see exactly what your store would look like in a new theme without having to rebuild. Great work team... Thanks for making one thing less complicated.

I came across this app via the Shopify forums. I was looking to download all of my shopify files, a) as a backup and b) as an easy way to download a batch of files. Filey did this for me in one easy step.

Great great great app!! I recommend everyone to make a backup once in a while because when you find out you need one you're probably too late already... This app actually does what it says it does, nothing more, nothing less. And everything is stored nicely in files including the name/description of the file. Perfect!

Awesome app to backup all your store files and products. Especially useful when moving to a new them and you want to reuse your images. And the best part, its free.

Excellent - downloaded everything so quickly! For a large amount of files, it split them up into multiple .zip files for download. Quick, easy, fast download. Thanks!

Wenige Klicks. Völlig unkompliziert. Danke! Eigentlich sollte eine Backup Funktion Standardmäßig in Shopify vorhanden sein.

This app was literally so helpful considering Shopify doesn't include this functionality as default, which is crazy. The fact the developers also made this free, where they could easily capitalise off it - makes it even better.

Useful (and free) app that plugs a long-standing hole in shopify functionality. Crazy that it's needed at all, but very welcome none the less.
