Little Formula review for Fin AI Agent & Intercom

I cannot describe how bad this app is and the backend of their service is like find the one piece of spaghetti within the mountain of spaghetti.. very very disappointing... they just launched an update. Now nothing is working on shopify. No widget showing, no chat available....
