Very useful app. The interface is very well developed, and the CS staff is really supportive and helpful. Solved my issue very fast.

Setup was smooth it took maybe 10-15 minutes to connect my Shopify store and sync up some product videos. I’m still working out where all the videos will show best (homepage vs product pages), but love that I can embed them into emails through Klaviyo later.

For me, it'sn't just about embedding videos. It's about creating an interactive experience. I love the option to add quizzes within the videos – it's a good way to capture attention. Honestly, it's making my site a more fun place to shop, and that translates into longer visits.

Our team recently added Firework to our website and have had the best experience. The team is incredibly hands on, response times are 24/7 and communication clear. The implementation process was simple and the app itself is incredibly intuitive, a great user experience all around.
