This is a feature we really wanted to have on our eco shopify site to show UGC videos of our products. Had a little trouble in the setup but the customer service was responsive especial Tal helped work though some of the issues. Look forward to getting to know this product and see results.

I had an issue with a subscription charge going through I did not mean to do and cancelled after 30 mins. Once I raised this issue I revieved an email fixing the issue within 5-10 minutes. The customer service is exceptional and very prompt.

The customer service and professionalism is just another level. I have worked with 4 different people and my thoughts after each call were: wow, what a team, I hope I can replicate that in my business. Jordan, Tal, Eduardo, Tarun. About the product: I've been looking for a way to showcase videos of our fitness products and the solution Firework provides is incredible. Easy to install, easy to use, and works great. I think this is going to be great for our business. I've only used videos but hoping to expand to other services.
