I had an issue adding a section but their support team was incredibly helpful. They responded quickly and guided me through the process with patience and clarity. The team was very professional and extremely humble throughout the interaction. I'm really impressed with their customer service — it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Our team recently added Firework to our website and have had the best experience. The team is incredibly hands on, response times are 24/7 and communication clear. The implementation process was simple and the app itself is incredibly intuitive, a great user experience all around.

This is a feature we really wanted to have on our eco shopify site to show UGC videos of our products. Had a little trouble in the setup but the customer service was responsive especial Tal helped work though some of the issues. Look forward to getting to know this product and see results.
