FiscalPop es realmente buena. Su interfaz es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que facilita la gestión de las facturas, generación de reportes de ventas y productos; lo que ayuda a tomar buenas decisiones financieras. Sin duda, es una herramienta muy útil para cualquier negocio. ¡La recomendamos!

La app ha dejado de funcionar. Al intentar generar la factura da un error "(301) XML mal formado". Contactamos con soporte hace ya más de una semana y aún no tenemos respuesta ni solución al problema. Es una lástima, ha funcionado bien durante mucho tiempo pero la falta de soporte nos obligará a buscar otra alternativa.
Buenas tardes, El último correo de soporte que nos ha mandado fue el 30 de Noviembre, indicándonos el error. Le respondimos el mismo día con una explicación sobre cual suele ser el origen de estos errores y solicitándole el ID de pedido que le presentaba el error. Nunca nos respondió a la solicitud del ID de pedido.

La app es buena cuando funciona, pero el equipo de soporte rara vez responde mis correos y formularios enviados desde su APP
Buenas tardes, Lamento escuchar que haya tenido una mala experiencia en soporte o atención a clientes. Es común que cierres de mes sean periodos de mucho tráfico en atención a clientes, pero no es correcto que usted reciba una atención tardía. Trabajaremos para mejorar nuestra comunicación con clientes.
