Fit Find: Size Chart & Guide
Fit Find is an app designed to help ecommerce merchants reduce returns by allowing shoppers to find their size in 20 seconds without the need for a tape measure. The app adds a 'Find my size' button to product pages where shoppers answer four questions to get their size. Fit Find scans the merchant's catalog and reads existing size charts, including those within product images, and allows merchants to review and customize the size charts before going live. FitFind has been a really valuable addition to our Shopify store. As a brand with our own unique fits and sizing, helping customers confidently choose the right size was something we wanted to improve. The app has made that process much easier for both our customers and our team. The interface is very user-friendly, and the setup was surprisingly simple. We also really liked that we could customize the experience to match our website’s existing theme, so it feels like a natural part of our store rather than a separate tool. Since integrating FitFind, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the overall size-selection experience. Customers can find their recommended fit more confidently, and it has significantly reduced the amount of manual back-and-forth we previously had with customers after placing an order. For us, it has been one of those tools that quietly makes the entire shopping experience smoother while also saving our team a lot of time. Definitely recommend it for apparel brands looking to make size selection easier for their customers.
