We have tested many Shopify apps over the years and Flair has genuinely been one of the best support experiences we have had. The app itself is clean, flexible and works very well, but what really stands out is the level of support and willingness to help. Tom went far beyond what would normally be expected, taking time to understand our theme limitations, setting changes up safely in a development environment and helping us achieve exactly the result we were looking for without unnecessary complications. Nothing felt generic or rushed. Every reply was thoughtful, technically knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. It is rare to find this level of customer care and technical understanding together. Highly recommended for any brand that wants more control over product badges, labels and merchandising without damaging the customer experience or design of the site.
