On day one of using the app, we’re already having an excellent experience. Tom was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and quickly implemented all of our requested changes. The level of customer service has been outstanding. Although we were initially quoted a 24-hour response time, we received a reply within the hour, and all updates were completed within just two hours. Truly impressive support right from the start!

We have tested many Shopify apps over the years and Flair has genuinely been one of the best support experiences we have had. The app itself is clean, flexible and works very well, but what really stands out is the level of support and willingness to help.
