They say they will charge $9.99 one time charge and 1% of flareAI sales from Free Sales Channels. But it charged me USD15.6 without any sales. I will uninstall this app.
Hope you are doing well! In the email, we have included screenshots of the app listing and approval pages showing the app pricing. Our apologies that it was not clear to you. You added app on November 16, 2022 and removed app on November 26, 2022, after 11 days. In 11 days, your Found on Google has grown to 40 products. Growing sales from Google Search is a long game. But its performance is profitable & permanent. With unique quality product descriptions, nice images, and compelling offers every product newly found on Google potentially adds to the revenue. On average flareAI Shopify clients generate $204 for every product newly found on Google. As mentioned in the App Approval page (screenshot attached in an email to you today) and also in the "Billing Explained" section of your app dashboard, the billing is designed so your Shopify store and flareAI can grow together, by continually adding more powerful features & free sales channels. The 3 billing components: 1. One-time Setup: Covers cost of registering your store with 25+ API 2. Monthly Resource charge: When you add the app, from day one every product in your store consumes storage, processing, and submission resources. The Resource charge is designed to cover the cost of resources consumed 3. Performance Incentive: flareAI worked to get a product newly found on a free sales channel. The product then received an order from this channel. flareAI earns 1% of the order total. We make it easy for you to monitor performance! Like the Rooted 'N Essence review said, I was also charged $9 for the last bill, and $20 for the upcoming bill. I don't understand why I was charged, while the previous months were free, and so far my store has not generated any sales. I have tried to contact the development team of this app but can't seem to, it's very difficult to contact them. I ask that you do not charge 20$ on my next bill.

Update: This app has less than 2 weeks to prove it's of some use before I delete it. They said they doubled my found on google score but I'm only getting 1-2 visitors a day, IF THAT! And half of them are from countries I don't even ship to. And no, I haven't received any sales. I would give it more time if I was at least breaking even each month. This app charges you way more than they say! The description says you only pay them 1% of their sales. I haven't received any sales from them but yet I have over $20 being charged to my account. Also be wary of the 5-star reviews you read, as they're giving people a free month in exchange for a good review. Their instant messaging doesn't work, and they don't respond to emails. Hopefully, you heed my warning.

As a store owner, you will recognize that human nature is to go out of their way to give a 1-star review if a customer is even remotely unhappy. But it is hard for any store or app owner to ask customers to make time to provide a 5-star review. So we thank our happy customers for taking the time. Almost on a daily basis, my team receives unsolicited emails from companies and individuals claiming to own 100s of Shopify stores and offering us “good” reviews. This app is a game changer. My site is getting noticed, traffic has increased along with the sales. Excellent for newer stores with low traffic.

It’s hard to trust apps these days that state they will provide something but can’t prove what they promise for your money… this app is amazing and easy to understand what’s happening.. sales have increased.. traffic of the charts … if I could give 10 stars I would …

FlareAI is an Amazing app that helps with getting my products Found on Google (FOG) and more sales without creating ads. Gina answered all of my questions which she went over and beyond helping me. I started noticing I got more sales via Google than other methods, more google traffic and other products on my site are getting viewed more often by Google searches. FlareAI takes your pages and put them on Google search automatically via Bot and depending when you sign up, this bot also put your site on free paid channels. I don't have to spend ours with figuring out SEO for every little thing. This app is a hidden gem!!!

I have used this app for six months and I felt very useful for indexing on google, bing. The support is very quick. The pricing is not clear as they said.

The easy pricing is designed to fit a Shopify store in any stage of growth, from startups that want easy pricing to $1M+ stores that want more profitable sales. Congratulations! Over 1428 pages are now found on Google. Every new page found on Google on average represents $204 in sales lift. We would recommend continuing to have great products with unique content, good branding, and quality blogs, backed by excellent customer experience for converting Google traffic to sales.

I think it still is too early to rate my experience with the app. However, I can agree that there's been more visitors to the store since i installed the app. I am also glad that i made my first sale from the visitors driven by the app to the store. I hope that things will get better as the days go by.

I have been using flareAI for quite some time and I am very happy with the results. I haven't made any sales yet from our website yet but with the stats and growth of organic searches, I have hope that things will turn around. For a small family business, we can't afford spending 100s to 1000s on advertisements. With flareAI, I am seeing searches come around and growth in visitors. Can't wait for our first organic search sale and not from etsy, ebay, or walmart LOL.

Organic search is the most important growth channel that we have for our website. We rely on SEO because paid ads are too expensive. FlareAI really helps us improve our presence in Google Search! I signed up with this service to see what it can do vs traditional ad spend. I have been using them for about two weeks and can already see improvement in my engagement stats. Their customer service is very responsive to my requests and they get back to me very quickly. I will provide a further update in the next coming months as things progress. So far I can highly recommend this app based on results to date.
