I am tired of finding apps that can be used in out theme Kalles. So I contacted Kalles for help of searching app for filter. And that's it! The FLASH SEARCH! Did great help in building the filter tree and sorting color groups. And the develop team & customer support team reply fast. :) Highly recommend.

Essentially, the app is new, but it is pretty simple to use, and the support service is prompt and helpful. There were a couple features where I noticed potential for improvement and recommended the development team, who quickly updated the feature in the product. I thought that the theme's search and filter features were insufficient, and I was obliged to go for a more powerful application. FlashSearch is a relatively new application, but it impressed me with its clean and simple design, it was smooth and easy to understand, I ran into a few problems (they came from the configuration side, no bugs) and immediately the customer support team pointed me to the location where I could configure the functionality I desired. It's somewhat unexpected that a new app on the market has such outstanding service; with other applications, I normally have to wait 2-3 days for a response. Maintain the same level of product quality and support, FlashSearch.

This app did exactly what I needed: has a powerful filter and quick search. I had an issue where I didn't know how to configure the search function, but I contacted support and they helped me solve the problem within minutes. I also appreciate that FlashSearch is cheaper and more affordable than other apps. The app works perfectly, the support is great, and the price is great!

Had previously used Ultimate Search for my filtering and search, it worked fine till things dont work, but their support had been just horrible. I tried out Flash search and it has been really quick. Given the age of this app, it works great. More importantly the support has been superb.

App is very intuitive. It has a nice, user friendly backend with a lot of options available and it integrates nicely with other apps. The search function is fast and I really like the synonym grouping feature, we have hundreds of searches a day and this allows us to group user searches to specific product groups, which helps customers find what they're looking for faster. We've been working with the developers to heavily customise the look of our filtering and search system and they have been extremely responsive to suggestions and overall very helpful.
