UPDATE: this app is unusable. Sadly it's no longer working with shopify, with shipstation, do not add to your shop. Used to work so great! no longer integrates with shipstation for return labels, weeks and weeks of no support after multiple outreach attempts.

I like the product, but whoever runs it stopped responding to support requests, the email function broke about 6 months ago and 0 responses, not sure what happened.

This platform has made returns so much easier for both our team and customers. The automation is smooth and the system runs flawlessly. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in our return process.

A great app but trying to contact for support is impossible. The link to "contact us" doesn't go anywhere.

Easy to install. I needed some help setting up return rules and their customer service team was timely with their response via email.

I have been struggling to get support to help me resolve the 500 Server Error issue to use the app. They have stopped replying to me

Overall, agree with other reviewers. It's a great app at a much better price than some of the other market solutions. Our biggest limitation is that the photo upload is limited to 2MB. I'd even be willing to pay for a more expensive plan if the photo upload limit was increased to 6MB each. Modern phones that our customers are using always take photos over 2MB. Requested they make this change and they declined to and said they wouldn't. Missed opportunity from our perspective.

Excellent customer service. I needed a tweek in the requirement section and they modified my app. I've tried a few different apps and this one is the best to far.

Terrible app and terrible support. If a customer buys more than one item and wants to return multiple of the same for exchange, the app doesn't allow it. It forces the customer to exchange with multiples of one item. We have told you about it before and you do nothing. Your support staff requests access to our store, but when we give it to you, you do nothing and never contact us again. We have a customer complaint today because of this and are now having to stop our holiday work and find another app to do what your app should already be doing.

I asked if Swedish was an available language and got the answer yes, but when I installed the app the translation into Swedish was extremely poor with at least 50% of the translations being totally wrong. I could enter my own translations but this takes time and when I finally did not all of them was even showing front-end. I contacted customer service but got no help. Also the app had other bugs such as showing AUD instead of SEK all of a sudden. Maybe the app would perform if all the language issues / bugs would have been solved however I lost my patience after almost 3 weeks of trying to get help.
Thank you for your review. We have been trying to help you with the translation customizations for several times, but you have to cooperate and tell us which translations you need to customize so that we can help you. We were on public holiday in the last week so sorry about that.

NOPE. Do not do it. Awful. I spent an hour setting everything up and then had to create an order to test it (because there's no way to test it without creating an actual order). It let me select an item I had marked as "final sale" even though I'd listed that category as 'forbidden' in the return app. So it shoudn't have been allowed to be returned. It also let me select an out-of-stock item to exchange it for which is a huge headache both for the customer and for the store. It was also showing Australian currency and I looked everywhere for how to change that and couldn't find it. It's also really buggy-- in the return section, it was showing me duplicates of the item I was trying to get in the exchange which would've been so confusing for customers. And if you've already "returned" and item in your order and go to return something else at a different time, it just shows you the item you originally requested to return. The button to go back was very hard to find and I know it would frustrate my customers. All in all, I love the idea of this app but there is SO much more to work out. And so many confusing parts of the setup (i.e. you're "required" to add a menu item in the return portal even though they give you no idea where that menu item will go, what it's supposed to contain, etc.) I'm deleting the app and going back to my good old google form for returns.

This app offers many features. We can upload manually any carrier's shipping label. We can set rules depending on many things, like charge for the return label or let it free and set this by countries, provinces/states, products, tags, etc. We can choose our language and edit so many things, and the dashboard is easy to understand. I read all the return apps and I choose this one for its versatility and I'm very satisfied. And all the issues that I had have been fixed by Mike. Cette application offre de nombreuses fonctionnalités. Nous pouvons télécharger manuellement l'étiquette d'expédition de n'importe quel transporteur. Nous pouvons définir des règles en fonction de beaucoup de choses, comme facturer l'étiquette de retour ou la laisser gratuitement et la définir par pays, provinces/états, produits, étiquettes, etc. Nous pouvons choisir notre langue et modifier tant de chooses, et le dashboard est facile à comprendre J'ai lu toutes les applications de retour et j'ai choisi celle-ci pour sa polyvalence et j'en suis très satisfait. Et tous les problèmes que j'ai eu ont été résolus par Mike.
