FlexyPass: OTP‑login & Popups

We've been using FlexyPe Checkout for quite some time, and recently started using FlexyPass as well. Honestly, it's one of the best solutions we've come across for Shopify. The login experience is seamless for customers, and one of the biggest advantages is being able to identify and retarget visitors who viewed products but left without making a purchase. That alone has been incredibly valuable for us. What really stands out is their customer support. We requested a phone-only login option because that's what works best for our audience. The team told us it was already in the pipeline, and to our surprise, it was rolled out in the very next update. It's rare to see a company listen to feedback and act on it that quickly. FlexyPass has made the customer journey much smoother on our store, and the integration process was effortless thanks to their responsive support team. Highly recommended if you're looking to improve customer login, capture more visitors, and work with a team that genuinely cares about its users.

Convenient and glitch free.

I've been using the trio bundle of FLEXYPAY CHECKOUT, FLEXYPASS and FLEXY CART since Dec 2025. My experience is grateful so long! I started using Flexype around June 2025 to validate it for a friend. When I first tried reaching their number, I was surprised that the founder Azeem himself answered the call. He patiently listened to my requirements and answered all my questions. At that time my website was already running, so we decided to test Flexype on my site for a few days. The integration was very smooth and quick. I needed a few changes, and when I shared them with the team, instead of calling them custom requests, they treated them as product improvements and implemented them for everyone. After that I kept sending many requests, and each one was reviewed and implemented based on priority. Later I added Flexy Cart as well, which comes with many nice and useful features. I believe these tools will definitely improve the customer experience and help increase conversion rates. A few days ago we also integrated Flexy Pass, and it has already helped identify many anonymous visitors on the site. We use Cart and Checkout by FlexyPe already and now this new product FlexyPass, it's a game changing product. It identifies around 15-20% of total anonymous users along with their behavior like which page they viewed, what product they were checking. We're using WhatsApp marketing tool for re-targeting these users and able to convert few more customers which we would have simply lost. As we scale, this is going to contribute a significant uplift in traffic to order conversion
