Neidhal review for FlexyPass: OTP‑login & Popups

I started using Flexype around June 2025 to validate it for a friend. When I first tried reaching their number, I was surprised that the founder Azeem himself answered the call. He patiently listened to my requirements and answered all my questions. At that time my website was already running, so we decided to test Flexype on my site for a few days. The integration was very smooth and quick. I needed a few changes, and when I shared them with the team, instead of calling them custom requests, they treated them as product improvements and implemented them for everyone. After that I kept sending many requests, and each one was reviewed and implemented based on priority. Later I added Flexy Cart as well, which comes with many nice and useful features. I believe these tools will definitely improve the customer experience and help increase conversion rates. A few days ago we also integrated Flexy Pass, and it has already helped identify many anonymous visitors on the site. Overall, it has been a great experience working with a team that truly listens to customers and keeps improving the product. Wishing the entire team the very best especially Azeem and Arnold.
