The additional trigger conditions provided by this app are fantastic, and provide functionality that Shopify Flow out of the box just lacks. Their support is quick and on point, and extremely helpful.
App does not work as intended. Missing several triggers on day one, as well as triggering on every order update and not just Order Note updates as the flow states.
Thank you for the feedback, and I am sorry about the experience. You were right about the Order Note trigger. What you were seeing came from a separate, broader "Order Update" trigger running alongside it, so your Order Note flow was working correctly the whole time. On the Settings page you can switch that broader trigger off and leave Order Note Changed running on its own. Every trigger in the app can be enabled or disabled individually there, so you can keep exactly the ones you want and nothing else. On the missing triggers: most of them only become available once the matching permission is granted on the Permissions page. If that was not what you ran into, I would genuinely like to know, because that is exactly the kind of thing we want to fix. What I regret most is the silence. I replied to your support email twice, the first time within a few hours, and our mail system failed to deliver either one. You were left waiting with a setup that was not doing what you wanted and no answer from us. That was our failure, not yours. If you are ever willing to try again, write to us and I will set it up for you personally. Yann

This app fills a massive gap in Shopify Flow. We run complex automations that depend on events such as order edits and others. Our automations depend on them daily. Can't recommend it enough.

I needed a Shopify Flow trigger that fires when custom order attributes change. This app works perfectly! Still need to explore other functionalities but looks very user friendly and very fast support by Yann.

Support/Yann is over the top excellent! Walked me through everything as I set up the app and worked with us on how to subscribe to the proper plan. We have multiple inventory buyers that have access to our Shopify Admin and make product changes and having something that tracks those changes and alerts me about product price, SKU and UPC changes just to name a few, is invaluable!
Powerful, simple app. I can now build Flows using new triggers to solve problems Shopify has created for itself. For example, our only "notification" that TikTok orders have been return-requested is a Tag added to the Order .. very poor app design by Shopify/TikTok. With this app I can create email/Slack/etc. notifications to alert me when that happens. Just as important as the feature set, the team behind the app responds to support requests promptly and thoroughly.
Great app function, Flow has limitations and this solves a lot of those! Fast support too.
Yann the developer is super responsive! The team kindly added a feature for Order Line Item updates, which means we can now message our team whenever an order is updated by customer / operations. This means we will NEVER miss vital order updates pre fulfilment, and will never have items missing from orders due to last minute changes. If you are a business setting up Shopify Flows, get this app first and you will have limitless power! I would not bother with Flow if this app didn't exist.
