Thank you for the feedback, and I am sorry about the experience. You were right about the Order Note trigger. What you were seeing came from a separate, broader "Order Update" trigger running alongside it, so your Order Note flow was working correctly the whole time. On the Settings page you can switch that broader trigger off and leave Order Note Changed running on its own. Every trigger in the app can be enabled or disabled individually there, so you can keep exactly the ones you want and nothing else. On the missing triggers: most of them only become available once the matching permission is granted on the Permissions page. If that was not what you ran into, I would genuinely like to know, because that is exactly the kind of thing we want to fix. What I regret most is the silence. I replied to your support email twice, the first time within a few hours, and our mail system failed to deliver either one. You were left waiting with a setup that was not doing what you wanted and no answer from us. That was our failure, not yours.
