Flux – AI Negotiation
Flux is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants turn window shoppers into instant sales through AI negotiation. The app allows merchants to add a customizable 'Try my price' button to product pages, where AI steps in with real-time chat to save the sale on the merchant's terms. Flux ensures margin safety by setting a hidden price floor that the AI never crosses, helping merchants protect their profits automatically. Really easy to get set up and nice being able to control exactly how far Flux can negotiate. We’ve already seen customers use it to get a deal and complete a purchase, which is the main thing we wanted to prove. It’s a smart way to help price-sensitive shoppers without discounting the whole store. Ben has also been very hands-on with setup and support.

It integrates seamlessly with Shopify and is governed by boundaries set by the shop owners. Great for clear out sales, or opens an entirely new door to a new way of shopping. Recommend!
