Great support experience! The team was very responsive and quickly helped me identify the issue with my bundle setup. I worked with Ajay and he was really helpful. He walked me through the entire app and used my store so we could see how it looked with our own items. He showed me all the different style options and how seamless this design will be for us. Highly recommend.

Really happy with Fly Bundles! The app does exactly what it promises and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. Something we especially appreciate is the customer support. Replies are fast, the back and forth is smooth, and the team is genuinely open to adding or tweaking features based on your needs. That kind of flexibility is rare and makes a real difference when you're trying to get things set up just right. Highly recommend it!

Did customize a lot of features with accordance to our needs. Despite limited support by shiprocket team, they have adapted to our requirements and bypassed shiprocket's checkout limitations. Finally without any bias or pressure, wholeheartedly I can say I liked the product and would rate 10 on 10.

I’ve tried multiple bundle apps on Shopify, and Fly Bundles easily stands out in terms of both functionality and support. The app itself is flexible and does exactly what it promises — creating quantity breaks and bundles without breaking the store experience. Everything feels well thought out and customizable. But what really makes the difference is the customer support. Shri was incredibly helpful throughout the setup. He explained everything clearly, responded quickly, and even followed up to make sure everything was working properly. That level of support is rare with Shopify apps. It honestly feels like having a developer helping you directly instead of just using an app. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving AOV with bundles.

I had some issues with my bundles as they were not getting added properly to the cart.. i contacted support and Harsh and the team have been stellar. Super fast response and they looked into it almost immediately... ended up getting being a sync error and all was fixed successfully. Great job team!
