DO NOT USE IT. EVER !! Unless you want to loose time and deal with extremely incompetent people. They are the WORST. They made mistakes on purpose to cause me trouble such as, making the custom field not responsive in the back end etc... They blackmailed me, and threatened me live on a google live and they assured they would not provide any support, while their app was FAULTY. I had to call shopify support to sort things out twice. Extremely rude and not helpful. The worst I've ever used on the shopify app store.
Hey - This is Sid, Founder at Fly Bundles and I was surprised to see this review considering you've used our app (for free) for close to 18 months now and continue to use it. I've looked into the entire conversation history with my Team and turns out you didn't like the fact that we couldn't develop a feature that you wanted that was very very specific for your store. Unfortunately, we have to keep working on things that benefit a large majority of stores, and can't take one-off requests. Especially from folks who'd use a 1 star review as a threat to get things done. Also, we've never been on a google live call with you, so the claim of a threat is just a plain lie. For you to say 'Don't use it ever', and the 'worst app I've ever used', I would've thought you would've uninstalled the app already - but turns out you've used it for more than 1.5 years and continue to make $$$$$$ using our app. It's just sad that you had to resort to this. Wish you nothing but the best! We will continue to build new features that can benefit a large majority of brands that we work with.

I have to report this app to Shopify as unfortunately when I logged in, not once but TWICE did I see conversations in the chat that the app support people had with other merchants. Yes, I could see details of private conversations. Obviously this a major data breach where their chat support is leaking information and it speaks to the quality of their software architecture. I would have deleted the app anyway because it was causing major problems with the prices of bundles not updating when we changed a component price ie "syncing" or "dynamic pricing". The price would update in some places like on the product page, but it wouldn't update in the collection page, so I'd have bundles showing two different prices as soon as any of us changed one of the component products. I was promised dynamic pricing and they did not deliver. To fix the price syncing issue, they said I should click on the sync button in each bundle to fix this problem temporarily and when I said I didn't have time to do that - we change prices everyday - they said they would do it until they found a solution. Next day I checked the prices again and guess what, they didn't do the sync as they said. Their proposed solution to the prices not syncing was a "global sync" button but it would have still depended on the merchant clicking that button every time a product price is updated which is absurd. They said "automatic sync" didn't work last time they tried it, so there is clearly a deeper problem with their software architecture because I can tell you that as a software engineer that an automated syncing and dynamic prices are possible. I now use Fast Bundles and their bundles prices updated with no issues when I change the price of a product that's in a bundle. These guys will promise you the world and they won't be able to deliver it, as well as likely being in breach of data privacy laws and no doubt, Shopify requirements for hosting an app on the store. It's a minor issue compared to the above but I should note that I didn't feel respected in my conversations with them - I had numerous calls with them and they repeatedly spoke over me and didn't let me finish talking. My next step after this is reporting them to Shopify with the screenshots I have of their conversations with other merchants.
